Keep payments fast and every change on the record
Tracix gives banks, payment processors and insurers end-to-end transaction tracing, controlled network changes and audit evidence, in a workspace no other customer shares.
What changes
Four problems financial services teams bring to us
Payment latency nobody can explain
Trace an authorization from the mobile app through APIs, queues and databases. Port errors on the switches behind a slow service can join the same problem, with the change that came before them.
Network changes outside change control
Changes go through requests with an approver and your maintenance windows, and a fresh backup confirms each one. Drift shows what changed outside a request.
Security tools that see a different estate
3,665 SigmaHQ rules run on the telemetry your operations teams already collect, and 25 response actions wait for a person to approve them.
Shared infrastructure your risk team won't accept
Each workspace has its own Kubernetes namespace and ClickHouse database, and device credentials are write-only. No database or storage bucket is shared with another customer.
Products
The products behind each answer
They share one collector, one workspace and one alerting engine, so the payment trace, the switch port and the detection sit side by side.

Detection rules come from the SigmaHQ project under the Detection Rule License 1.1. MITRE ATT&CK® is a registered trademark of The MITRE Corporation.
Audit readiness
Answers for the questions auditors ask
Tracix builds evidence packs for your auditors from data your workspace already keeps. Each pack is hash-chained and mapped to selected PCI DSS v4.0, SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 controls.
Tracix supports your compliance program. It does not make your organization compliant on its own, and evidence packs say nothing about Tracix's own certifications.

Rollout
Start with the payment path, then widen
Our solutions engineers plan each phase with your platform, network and security leads.
- 01Trace the payment pathPoint OpenTelemetry SDKs at your workspace, add RUM to the mobile and web apps, and set SLOs on authorization latency.
- 02Bring the network under controlDiscover devices, monitor them over SNMP and flows, and move configuration changes into reviewed requests.
- 03Turn on detection and evidenceRun SigmaHQ rules in shadow mode, tune them, then schedule evidence packs for your next audit.
