Find out why shoppers drop out of checkout
Tracix follows a purchase from the shopper's browser or app through checkout, payment and the database, and watches the store networks behind it. Funnels show where shoppers leave, and traces show why.
What changes
Four problems retail teams bring to us
Conversion drops and nobody knows why
Funnels built from real sessions show where shoppers leave, how long each step takes and how page speed differs for those who drop out. Browser spans carry trace context into the checkout services behind them.
Peak traffic you can't rehearse
Set SLOs on checkout from your traces, page on burn rate before the error budget runs out, and let anomaly jobs with weekly seasonality learn what a normal Saturday looks like.
Stores that are slow, and no one can say why
Collectors in stores poll switches and firewalls over SNMP and test the apps staff use, and Tracix reads SD-WAN controllers such as Cisco Meraki and VMware VeloCloud for site and WAN link health.
Card data in scope for every tool
The RUM gateway redacts card-like numbers and email addresses, log pipelines redact or drop fields before they are stored, and evidence packs map to PCI DSS v4.0 requirements 10 and 11.
Products
The products behind each answer
Storefront, checkout services and store networks report into one workspace, so the teams behind each one work from the same data.

Audit readiness
Evidence for your PCI DSS assessment
Tracix builds evidence packs from data your workspace already keeps. Each pack is hash-chained and mapped to selected PCI DSS v4.0 controls, with SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 packs for your other audits.
Tracix supports your compliance program. It does not make your organization compliant on its own, and evidence packs say nothing about Tracix's own certifications.

Rollout
Start with checkout, then the stores
Our solutions engineers plan each phase with your e-commerce, store operations and security teams.
- 01Instrument checkoutAdd RUM to your storefront and apps, trace checkout and payment services with OpenTelemetry, and set SLOs before your next peak.
- 02Bring in the storesInstall collectors in stores and data centers, poll network devices over SNMP, connect your SD-WAN controller and test the apps staff rely on.
- 03Prepare for the assessmentRun SigmaHQ rules in shadow mode, tune them, then schedule evidence packs for your PCI DSS assessment.
